Pit Viper Shipping: How It Works

Every order ships straight out of The Pit Viper Center for World Domination in Brampton, Ontario. Our crew is on deck Monday through Friday to get your gear moving.

Same-Day Shipping (Sometimes)

• Place your order before 12pm Eastern Time → we’ll do our best to ship it the same day.

• Place your order after 12pm Eastern → your package will roll out the next business day.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

• Orders placed Friday afternoon will ship Monday.

• Even if you pick Overnight Shipping, the clock doesn’t start until the carrier picks it up.

• Our crew isn’t Amazon—they gotta go home at some point.

Carrier Timelines

• Carriers don’t count weekends or the day your order ships toward delivery.

• Example: If your order ships on Monday with 2-Day Shipping, you’ll usually see it Wednesday.

Tracking Your Pit Vipers

Once your order ships, you’ll get:

• A tracking code to follow your package’s journey.

• A wicked video of us sending your Pit Vipers on their way.
